SUNDAY – FEBRUARY 19^th

Arrival at La Romana; Hotel and Festival check in - free activities at the hotel.

3:00 PM – 5:00 PM Registration at Cacique Conference Center
(For guests arriving after 5:00 PM, registration must be made at dinner)

            - The trip is four hours driving from La Romana.

The timing for the activities in Santiago has been scheduled departing from the Hodelpa Gran Almirante. For guests staying at other hotels departure time is 25 minutes earlier, except for the Jarabacoa Tour, Inetab Tour and all dinners.

8:00 PM FINAL DINNER PARTY AT CENTRO ESPAÑOL (FORMAL ATTIRE)

Procigar will host this year an Auction of Special Products and Silent Charity Donations at the final dinner in Santiago to benefit the Voluntariado de Jesús con los Niños (Non – Profit organization for ill children) and the Hospicio San Vicente de Paul (retirement home for low income elders).

A raffle of a Unique Humidor will be made among the participants of the donations. A beautiful wooden humidor with a hand painting picture of the members of Procigar made by Juan Rodriguez, a famous Dominican artist. It includes 175 special cigars of exclusive blends from the different factories that have more than 10 years of aged tobaccos.
