The Procigar Festival is your best opportunity to visit the Greatest cigar factories where the most famous cigar brands are made and to Discover the excitement of the music, culture and hospitality that Dominican Republic has to offer. Your trip could start on February 14th at the exclusive resort of Casa de Campo in La Romana (located in the east coast of the Dominican Republic, about 160 miles from Santiago) where you can play at the Teeth of the Dog Golf Course and visit Tabacalera de García or you can fly directly on February 16th to the heart of the Cigar Country, Santiago de los Caballeros, for three days full of Educational seminars, Exciting parties, non-stop Social events, visits to Matasa, La Aurora, Davidoff, General Cigar and Tabaquisa and enjoy the Best Premium Cigars you could have, among other activities.

For the Casa de Campo itinerary you must book your hotel online, no further cost is required if you are attending to the activities in Santiago. Procigar would be sponsoring the Golf Tournament (US$160.00 normal rate per tee time), a visit to Tabacalera de García and the ground transportation to Santiago all free of charge. Air travel to Santiago is available at your own expense.

The Festival package in Santiago (February 17-19) includes:

A block of rooms have been reserved for this event. The special room rate will be available until December 14th for Casa de Campo and until January 15th for the Hodelpa Gran Almirante or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

All net proceeds will benefit the Voluntariado de Niños con Jesus (poor kids with illness) and the Sociedad San Vicente de Paul (senior retirement home for low income elders).
